Mental Training Program

Description

This is an 8-Week Mental Training Program starting June 3rd through July 22nd. We will host a training session every Monday evening starting at 5pm PST / 8pm EST.

 

Our Mental Training Program is open to all athletes ages 12-18. This program will provide a deeper understanding for student-athletes to not only master their mental game ON the field, but more importantly, OFF the field. All athletes will be required to bring a note pad and something to write with, cameras on, and be attentive ready to participate.

 

Key Objectives Covered: 

  • Confidence – Athletes will learn how to optimize their physical abilities through unleashing elite level confidence.
  • Routines – Athletes will learn how to build positive habits that will serve them on and off the field. These will include pre-game routines, in-game routines, post-game routines, failure plans, etc.
  • Breathing Techniques – The breath is the core of the mental game.. athletes will learn how to utilize their breathing patterns to enhance performance on the field.
  • Visualization Techniques – Athletes will participate in active & static visualization exercises as well as creating their own personal “mental highlight reel” for success.
  • Resiliency – Athletes will learn how to use failures and setbacks to act as spring boards into a positive direction.
  • Mental Toughness – Athletes will learn how to become mentally tough through their training sessions to help serve them during in-game performances.

 

We will cover much more information during our 8-Week training program curriculum. This program is not designed for athletes to sit and listen. We will engage and equip each athlete throughout the sessions, enabling them to share with their peers and grow from one another. Our goal is to help build an elite mindset for each athlete that serves them on the field, off the field, and in the classroom.
