In the Private Coaching (4x per Month) Plan, you will receive:

On-boarding Session: An initial 30-minute consultation getting to know the athlete and respective family. Here we will provide an overview of the leadership academy, what it consists of, set expectations and explore the goals for the specific athlete. 

Personalized Coaching: Weekly 45 minute 1-on-1 coaching calls with the athlete via phone or video with one of our Mental Skills Coaches to target things specific to you!

Group Check-in Calls: Multiple online video calls with the athletes in the leadership academy to stay accountable to their respective goals, re-inspire, and discuss wins and challenges that athletes are experiencing. 

Daily Mentorship: Athletes will have 24/7 access to Austin Byler via phone and email to answer any questions, discuss obstacles, and implement current curriculum into their routine. This allows the athlete to have the best chance at gaining the competitive edge and getting one step closer to achieving their dreams!

Unlimited Access: The athletes will have full access to all Major League University material, content, guest speakers, and more including exclusive discounts! 

Together is Better: Parents will receive current updates after individual and group check-in calls to be fully informed on your children’s progress and growth!

Provide athletes and students to handle the inevitable struggles that come their way.  Everyone is going through something.  We want to give people tools that have helped us on and off the field.  We will help athletes learn what it means to really be prepared, mindfulness to manage self-talk, and ways to calm the mind in stressful situations.  This and many other things we cover are designed to put the athlete in the best position to succeed on a consistent basis.
